This collection of candles was inspired by antique apothecary jars that could be found in Apothecaries which were most popular throughout the 1700s. Apothecary jars were primarily used in apothecaries aka pharmacies to store and preserve crude and compounded drugs, both liquid and dry.They also served as containers for other substances like spices, herbs, and ointments. Today, decorative apothecary jars can be used for home decor to help store cotton swabs, cotton balls, coffee, etc.
